Nice pad work on the videos! I hope training is going well! I guess you know that I am pretty excited because Rafaello has a fight for the UFC. It is amazing how things can change on a moment's notice. Speaking of...I hope your work scedule works out so you can see the fight! Take care and be getting ready for your fight! Best wishes.
Oh, I forgot to answer your question...DEFINITELY watching the BJ Penn fight! I can NOT wait!!!! My money is for sure all over BJ. Wish I was could be there, but who doesn't! MMA events can get rather expensive when you start attending locally for regional fights, then bigger organziations, and I just don't see my attendance at a UFC fight unless I get my break in the MMA industry and find a job! :) However, I will not complain about watching it on tv; at least I can watch it that way. :) I hope you get to go or watch it with a bunch of your fighter friends. That probaby makes it a lot more fun! I pace the floors alone, but that doesn't stop me! LOL
Well, I am glad you had a good time at the "rivers." I think some of the other guys went down there and had a blast too! I would love to just be able to be so close to the water! It's humid here and hot, but this summer has been more mild than the last. It's good to hear you are training for a fight. It makes training so much easier when you have a "goal. Eating shouldn't be that big of a problem for you surely! lol When I work out, I lose my appetite. I have to FORCE myself to drink protein shakes. Also, I don't work out until the evening which makes it worse because I have already finished eating for the day. Make sure you are drinking that water!! Let me know the date of your fight.I will have to lookup the event and see how you did. That is exciting to me! If I weighed more than 105 pounds, I would love to try and do it, but I just clearly don't have enough weight on me.
