WRESTLING (I wrestled for 10 years and was ranked one of the top kids in Ohio my junior and senior years before 2 season ending injuries). BOXING (I have been boxing for 9 years on and off with my dad who is a golden glove boxing champ.)BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU (I have been learning BJJ for the last 6 years under Gracie Jiu Jitsu. Don't forget all the instructional videos from top notch BJJ guys haha.) JUDO ( I have been learning a lot of Judo here lately. I picked a lot up from college wrestlers. KARATE ( I did Karate for a college course that was required and been doing it for a few months under Don Madden and Tokey Hill.) RUSSIAN SAMBO ( An old gym of mine hooked up with James Shermer who taught us Russian Sambo and has been with us for about 6 months now.) SELF DEFENSE ( I have added self defense to my MMA game under Brian McKean. He has helped me apply self defense to MMA. Brian is a black belt in both BJJ and Karate) I currently train under Sean Salmons Combat and Fitness Center.I am currwntly training with Adam Disabato and some other guys at Hilliard Davidson. I run a wrestling club called ACE (ALL CHAMPIONS EVOLVED)
