Photo's: "Big Nog" Shows Recovery Progress From Broken Arm
Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira broke his arm in his last fight against Frank Mir at UFC UFC 140 when he refused to tap to a Kimura slapped on by Mir. It was a rematch that gave “Big Nog” his second loss to Mir, the first by KO and the second via broken arm submission.

Big Nog vs Werdum! I like it.
Big Nog versus Werdum would be an awesome fight to watch. Both have amazing ground games and pretty decent stand-up skills, too.
I just wonder how much strength Big Nog has lost in that arm. And how, if it all, it affects him psychologically.

Probably alot, when I sprained my ankle it took months for me to get the right technique and skills back for that leg. Also I lost a lot of muscle in both legs from being injured.
Anyways… LOL Big Nog could take Werdum standing and give him a run for his money on the ground

Big props to Big Nog for healing up and returning to the fray known as MMA! If I had my arm snapped off I might retire because you never forget that extreme pain of breaking something.
