Phil Baroni signs with Bellator MMA
We’ve seen Phil Baroni fight for almost every MMA organization under the sun. Now, the MMA veteran has signed with Bellator MMA.
MMAjunkie has the story, thanks to one of their sources that has the inside scoop on whats going down in Bellator.
The source has asked to stay anonymous due to not being authorized to give out that kind of information.
Baroni himself, however, has been throwing out some clues via his Instagram recently.

Baroni has been recently nursing an injury he acquired during his bout with Nobutatsu Suzuki, in which he broke his fibula and dislocated his ankle. Baroni is probably one of the most recognizable names in the sport of mixed martial arts. Granted, his record of 3-7 of his last ten go arounds is less than impressive. The list of organizations that Baroni has been a part of is. They include: UFC, Strikeforce, PRIDE, DREAM, ONC FC, and EliteXC.
Hopefully, Baroni will have more success under the Bellator flag. However, only time will tell for the veteran. At 37 years old and with the record he currently has, if he continues to go down a road of losses it might just be time to hang up the gloves.
