Peralta vs. Lullo Added To UFC’s Fight Night 25

With news of Mackens Semerizer’s injury withdrawal, the UFC has signed and booked Robert Peralta for his UFC debut against Mike Lullo for their September 17th “Battle on the Bayou” card.
The news was announced on twitter earlier this afternoon.
“UFC Fight Night 25: Shields vs. Ellenberger” is set to take place from the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans. The card will feature a welterweight attraction in the form of Jake Shields vs. Jake Ellenberger in the night’s main event live on Spike TV.
Peralta makes his UFC debut on the heels of a seven-fight win streak, including a victory over Hiroyuki Takaya in his most recent outing under the Strikeforce banner.
Lullo was an undefeated 8-0 on the regional circuit before running into a brick wall in his UFC debut named Edson Barboza. The bout with Peralta will be his second Octagon appearance.
