Overeem Calls Out Brock Lesnar

Once wasn’t enough for the former Strikeforce, Dream and K1 Grand Prix champion, when it comes to Brock Lesnar.

Following his one-sided decision win over Frank Mir at last weekend’s UFC 169 event, ‘The Reem’, took to his post-fight speech to call out his former foe.

“I hear there’s word that Brock Lesnar is about to come back to the UFC. Well, I’ll be here waiting for him.”

FYI: Dana White was not impressed with Alistair’s performance, or his strange callout of the former UFC heavyweight champion.

So he wants an easy fight.

    • UFC 84 Forever says:

      Yep, exactly.

    • The second best eva says:

Calling out the only guy he’s beat in the ufc who’s now retired. What a bitch

    • Gargoyle Wrestling says:

Nope!!!, he wants a BIG payday by hitching to the huge star call The Baddest Man on the Planet, plus he thinks its an easy fight.

I would actually love to see a healthy Lesnar fuck up Overeem though.

BTW: Lesnar will be fighting again..its just up to getting the right match.

      • Xaninho says:

Lesnar was healthy when they fought. He even said he felt better than ever. Lesnar also said he has never been kicked that hard before in his life.

        • Gargoyle Wrestling says:

That’s because he wanted to make no excuses, but we know that he wasn’t. I have no doubt that Overeem kicked him hard. I’d just like to see Overeem on his back with Lesnar pounding on him. I doubt he would do much.

        • Xaninho says:

He would just slap on a triangle choke. Wrestlers are very susceptible for that. Besides that it’s not easy to put Overeem on his back without eating a few knees the moment you dive in for a double or single leg.

        • Gargoyle Wrestling says:

No he wouldn’t. Who gets caught in a triangle? It doesn’t happen that often. Why because its easily defended. Overeem doesn’t like to fight on his back, especially if he had Lesnar on top of him raining down those bowling ball fists. Overeem’s chin is going. It wouldn’t take much to KO him as seen by Silva and Browne. Overeem will never be UFC champ. He’s too old, slow now.

        • Xaninho says:

He looked pretty agile to me. He was fast for three rounds against Mir and in the Browne and Bigfoot fights he was agile for the first two rounds until he gassed. He seems to have his cardio under control now. Lesnar won’t even be able to take him down just like their first fight.

  2. Dj Drama says:

just imagine if herb dean was ref of travis vs reem fight, he would’ve called off fight just after few kicks!

  3. Tim says:

It’s all staged BS and Dana is the director
