Newcomer Brock Jardine Fills Void, Faces Story At UFC on FX 4 | UFC NEWS

UFC welterweight contender, Rick Story is still three weeks away from his fight at UFC on FX 4. He is also being presented with his third opponent since his initial fight agreement with Rich Attonito. Attonito was forced out of the fight due to injury.
UFC officials on Wednesday announced that his most recent opponent, Papy Abedi, has been forced to withdraw due to injury, so Story will now face Octagon newcomer Brock Jardine.
Story (13-5) is coming into the bout bolstering back to back losses and is looking to get back on the winning track, now against Jardine. Martin Kampmann and Charlie Brennenman both stopped Story in dominating fashion sending him into a must win fight against Jardine.
Brock Jardine (9-1) is on a three-fight winning streak, with his only loss coming to UFC fighter Tony Ferguson a year and a half ago.
Gray Maynard and Clay Guida headline the UFC on FX 4 fight card in Atlantic City, N.J. on June 22nd.
