Born in Russia to Armenian parents, the 28-year-old now resides in Riverside, Calif., where he trains at the highly respected Millennia MMA academy. Karakhanyan currently boasts a seven-fight win streak that includes victories over big-show veterans Din Thomas, Hiroyuki Takaya and Micah Miller.
Lowe makes his second appearance for World Series of Fighting. The contest was Lowe’s first at 145-pounds after competing for the previous seven years as a lightweight.
