Jose Aldo fights Max Holloway at UFC 212

Here is some food for thought. Chael Sonnen versus Conor McGregor.

Two of the biggest stars to hype a fight would break the Internet repeatedly leading up to their ultimate showdown. But, let’s be real. That fight would never happen.

Sonnen believes that the UFC featherweight championship fight between Jose Aldo and Conor McGregor could go down as the biggest fight in the organization’s history. However, a lack of promotion from Aldo on what could be the biggest fight ever is leading him to believe that Aldo will still try to pull out of the fight that is just days away.

Sonnen spoke to Ariel Helwani of MMA Fighting and explained his reasoning and how Aldo could take a few pages from the “American Gangster’s” book on how he could set himself up much more comfortably for retirement.
