UFC middleweight Michael “The Count” Bisping is still recovering from surgery that he had done last month to repair his elbow. That doesn’t mean that The Count has been out of the gym.

Check out Bisping’s video hitting the heavy bag with some kicks. He captioned his post on Instagram, “My arms still not recovered, but that doesn’t mean I’m not working. It just gives me time to work on my kicks Hopefully a fight announcement soon. @misfitsmmaandfitness @violentgentlemen @rvcasport @b_real_funky the first kick is a fake roundhouse, to set up the spinning kick.”

Bisping was scheduled to fight Robert Whittaker at UFC 193 this weekend in Melbourne, Australia. However, the elbow injury forced him to withdraw from the fight.
