By Russell Ess - November 18, 2015

UFC middleweight Uriah Hall fell to defeat at the hands of Robert Whittaker at UFC 193 this past weekend. The fan favorite who holds highlight reel finishes took to his Instagram account to address the loss.

“I never lose I either win or I learn. it bugs me how people think these days.. First off rob is a stud the dude is lagit but before that fight started I knew I lost n I still stepped in. my body already shut down from 4 fights this year I didn’t even take time off to heal for the 5th .. I know I underperform the whole time trying to figure somthing out I started the fight exhausted but hey … I don’t bitch about it but some of you would not know know that right !? Smh I said it before and I’ll say it again my “fans” are my friends and family the people I don’t have to explain myself to.”

As Hall looks to make a rebound from his loss, perhaps some rest is all “Primetime” needs to get back to winning form. For Hall’s real fans, they already knew this.
