January 16, 2012 7:26 am by Dan Harvey

After a 16 fight win streak and a subsequent offer from Dana White to join the UFC, light-heavyweight Ryan Jimmo will have to postpone his debut due to an undisclosed injury.

UFC on FX 1 is set to take place from the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee on January 20. A lightweight bout between Melvin Guillard and Jim Miller will serve as the evening’s main event live on FX. The preliminary bouts are expected to air on FUEL TV.

Ryan Jimmo was expected to face Karlos Vemola (8-2 MMA, 1-2 UFC) on January 20th at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee for UFC on FX 1.

The UFC on FX 1 card has already taken numerous setbacks by the recent injuries of fighters such as Reza Madadi, Mike Brown, and Rafaello Oliveira. Fabricio Camoes was originally the replacement for Rafaello Oliveira against Madadi, but now that Madadi is hurt, the UFC added Fabricio Camoes to the card to fight Tom Hayden (TUF season 9 participant).

The updated fight card for UFC on FX 1 is as follows:

Main Card:(FX)
Melvin Guillard vs. Jim Miller
Duane “Bang” Ludwig vs. Josh Neer
Pat Barry vs. Christian Morecraft
Mike Easton vs. Jared Papazian

Undercard: (Fuel TV)
Jorge Rivera vs. Eric Schafer
Charlie Brenneman vs. Daniel Roberts
Khabib Nurmagomedov vs. Kamal Shalorus
Fabricio Camoes vs. Tom Hayden
Daniel Pineda vs. Pat Schilling
Nick Denis vs. Joseph Sandoval
