UFC officials Monday confirmed nine bouts for the UFC Fight Night 38 card, which will take place on March 23 at the Ginasio Nelio Dias in Natal, Brazil.
Headlining the card will be a rematch between Mauricio “Shogun” Rua and Dan Henderson. The two fought before at UFC 139, a five-round war that won “Fight of the Year” honors on multiple platforms.
The other eight bouts that have been confirmed are as follows:
-Middleweights Cezar Ferreira (7-2) vs. C.B. Dollaway (13-5)
-Lightweights Leonardo Santos (12-3) vs. Norman Parke (19-2)
-Light heavyweights Fabio Maldonado (20-6) vs. Gian Villante (11-4)
-Featherweights Rony Jason (13-4) vs. Steven Siler (23-11)
-Lightweights Gleison Tibau (28-10) vs. Mairbek Taisumov (21-4)
-Welterweights Ronny Markes (14-2) vs. Thiago Santos (8-2)
-Flyweights Jussier Formiga (15-3) vs. Scott Jorgensen (14-8)
-Welterweights Thiago Perpetuo (9-2) vs. Kenny Robertson (12-3)
UFC Fight Night 28 will broadcast live on FOX Sports 1 following preliminary bouts that will air on UFC Fight Pass.Tags: C.B.
