All fighters that participated in UFC Fight Night 30 that took place at the Phones 4U Arena, in Manchester England passed their post fight drug screen according to UFC Vice President of Regulatory Affairs Marc Ratner.
UFC Fight Night 30 aired on FOX Sports 2 and headlined former UFC Light Heavyweight champ Lyoto Machida in a Middleweight bout with training partner and friend Mark Munoz. Lyoto Machida was the victor of this bout via head kick knockout.
Also on the card, lightweight fighters Ross Pearson and Melvin Guillard met inside the Octagon for the co-main event. The fight however had an unfortunate no-contest result as Guillard struck Pearson with an illegal knee.
