Patrick Cote impressed throughout the fight and implemented his gameplan whenever he truly concentrated on it. Patrick Cote hit a takedown in the first round and opted to stay busy in Kyle Noke’s guard. He pitter-pattered with hammerfists and caught Noke off guard with some huge elbows. Noke worked off his back, though, and tried to crash his elbows onto the top of Cote’s head. Cote ignored them and continued to work the body of Noke.
Cote tried to repeat this process in rounds two and three, but it almost cost him in the second. Noke was pressed up against the fence and was prepared for the takedown shot as he raised his knee, introducing it to the face of Cote. Cote looked to go stiff and Noke tried to finish him off, but Cote recovered quickly and continued working for the takedown.
That was the only danger Patrick Cote faced throughout the fifteen minutes of fighting and he dominated his way to a unanimous decision victory.
