Fans and Fighters share disappointment over lackluster UFC 300 poster design

A parade of fans and fighters have given their thoughts on the questionable UFC 300 poster design after its recent reveal.

As we know, the Ultimate Fighting Championship is gearing up for their blockbuster UFC 300 event next month. It is set to showcase some of the very best stars that the company has to offer. After all, there are stacked fights from top to bottom. With that being said, some have also suggested that the card could’ve been even better.

Either way, fight fans from across the globe are going to gather together and watch this historic spectacle unfold. The promotion knows that. As such, they probably didn’t think they needed to put a whole lot of effort into the poster for the event.

After its simplistic design was revealed, many decided to respond to the UFC’s final product.

UFC 300 backlash

As you can see, there are a lot of feelings flying around. Some hate it, whereas others are so frustrated that they feel as if it represents the UFC’s approach to fighters as a whole. As you can see, Simon Samano argues that this shows how the brand is valued above those on the roster.

Of course, hardcore fans and casuals alike are still going to be excited about what the UFC can offer up when they return to Las Vegas on April 13. On the flip side, it’ll be interesting to see what the fallout is with PPV cards that come hot on the heels of 300.
