Former champs Jon “Bones” Jones and Carlos “The Natural Born Killer” Condit are seen doing some ‘live fire exercises’ in this video.
Jones will be back in the octagon at UFC 197 on April 23rd for his anticipated rematch against champ Daniel “DC” Cormier.
As for Condit, he hasn’t quite made up his mind if he will rematch welterweight title holder “Ruthless” Robbie Lawler or hang up the 4oz’ers for good. For now, having days like this blasting targets with proper gear looks pretty appealing for these guys.
