Sean O’Connell Wanted To Land ‘Two Or Three More’ Before The Referee Stopped Fight With Perosh

O'Connell WINS

Sean O’Connell got the quick TKO victory last night at UFC Fight Night 65, but says he would have liked to have landed a few more punches before the referee stepped in.

Check out what he said at the post-fight press conference.

“I could’ve kept teeing off on him. I probably would’ve liked to land two or three more and put him out and on the ground. It would’ve looked better and encourages people to give you bonuses.

“But yeah, he wasn’t going to get out of that situation, so I think the referee stopped it at a good time.”
