Phil Davis has no complaints when it comes to being a Bellator fighter.

The former top ranked UFC light-heavyweight left and signed with Bellator when his contract was up. Davis has not fought in his new promotion yet, but we now know when he will be fighting.

It was announced that Davis will be one of 4 fighters to compete in a one night tournament, held at ‘Bellator: Dynamite’ in San Jose, CA in Sept.

Davis talked to MMAJunkie about that and about leaving the UFC. He kept it simple and said

“I’m all the way happy. I can’t complain about anything. Life is good here.”

Do you think Davis will win the tournament?
