Battleground O.N.E. champion Roan “Jucao” Carneiro got his money back.

Well… most of it.

After his amazing one-night tournament winning performance, the Oklahoma Athletic Commission fined him $15,000 for being late to his post-fight drug screening.

Yesterday, the commission decided to only retain $100.00 of his original fine and refunded the balance.
