No matter who Ronda Rousey’s upcoming opponent is in the octagon, a potential bout with Cristiane ‘Cyborg’ Justino always seems to be looming over her head. Rousey is scheduled to face Bethe Correia in Brazil at UFC 190 and if ‘Cyborg’ can defend her title at “Invicta 13”, this fight may finally happen.

However, Tito Ortiz has different idea. Ortiz is close with ‘Cyborg’ and claims that the fight would only happen at catchweight. “Get that fight with Cris ‘Cyborg’ and Ronda Rousey,” Ortiz told MMA Digest. “I really don’t think that Cris [Cyborg] can make it down to [bantamweight]. She can try as hard as she possibly can. 140 is probably the closest she can get. But as I talk to Cris, over and over again, she says that she don’t really care about the title. She just wants to cave Ronda’s face in. So, Ronda needs to stop running. That’s her choice.”

Ortiz may be her former manager, but do you think he has the inside scoop now that ‘Cyborg’ is fighting for the UFC? Share your thoughts in the comment section below!
