ONE Championship holding contest to award $500 monthly for the best fan-made videos

We have seen some of the most gripping and captivating promotional videos and posters come from the devoted and creative fans in the MMA community. Some of the fan-made promotional material gets more views than the big budget media productions from the actual fight promotions.

ONE Championship is taking notice of the talent out there and is offering a monthly fan-made video contest awarding $500 to the best video every month.

From the ONE Championship website:

“In support of the fast-growing MMA community globally ONE Championship will be kicking off a highlight reel editing contest that will award $500 USD to the top video editor every month. The contest encourages MMA highlight reel makers to use ONE’s footage and put together a highlight that will garner fan interest and showcase their talents on a global level.

The first contest [started on Jan. 19] and the link to the contest can be found here. The contest will span until midnight February 1 (Eastern standard time).  On Feb 1 a new reddit post will be made where the editors will submit their finished video and be given a week to for users to view and vote on the submissions. On the midnight of Feb 8. (Eastern standard time) a new reddit post will be made announcing the winner who gained the most amount of votes.
