Nick Diaz Enters Contract Negotiations, Eyes Return This Year

One of MMA’s biggest personalities, Nick Diaz, who hasn’t fought since dropping a decision loss to Georges St. Pierre at UFC 158 in March of 2013, now wants to make a return to MMA.

Sports Illustrated’s Loretta Hunt ran into Diaz at Glory Kickboxing this past weekend and got the story.

There have been talks of Diaz potentially being the man to welcome former middleweight kingpin Anderson Silva back to the Octagon when he is ready to make his return in early 2015.
