It’s no secret that UFC commentator Joe Rogan is a TaeKwonDo black belt, and spent much time when he was younger competing.
Rogan, who is also a BJJ black belt under Eddie Bravo, can be seen frequently in instructional videos showing some of his elite level kicking techniques.
In the video above you can see a young Rogan without headgear on, knocking out his opponent in just seconds with a beautiful wheel kick.
