It was a long time coming, but after two years Michael “Mayday” McDonald was long overdue and returned back to action last night in Las Vegas.
McDonald’s two losses in the last five years came by former champ Renan Barao and former WEC champ Urijah Faber. With the Kanehara on full mount with both hooks in, it only seemed like moments that Mayday would tap. Instead this happened.
