The UFC’s #3 ranked lightweight T.J. Grant (21-5 MMA, 8-3 UFC) has been out of action for almost a year now due to lingering symptoms from a concussion he suffered in mid-2013.

Grant’s current #3 ranking apparently doesn’t sit well with fellow UFC lightweight Michael Johnson, enough so that “The Menace” actually tweeted to UFC president Dana White insinuating that Grant was “Milking” his injury. Check it out:

Now I’m not going to say that I necessarily agree with T.J. Grant being ranked #3 at 155-pounds either, but, I certainly don’t believe that the Canadian lightweight is faking his injury.

Nonetheless, Johnson laid out the rather questionable ‘call-out’ earlier today on Twitter.

There has been no word regarding when Grant will be cleared to fight next.

If Grant is able to return to the cage soon, is a fight between him and “The Menace” one you would like to see put together by UFC officials? Sound off Penn Nation!
