Ludwig Chimes In — Conor McGregor Punked Faber Repeatedly On TUF

By Chris Taylor - October 13, 2015

Blame it on Conor McGregor.

That’s what Duane Ludwig is claiming in regards to why former employer Urijah Faber is currently riding the ‘drama wave’.

“Bang” was a guest on Monday’s edition of The MMA Hour where he stated that Urijah Faber’s recent actions were due to the fact that McGregor got in his head during the filming of TUF, his words:

“So let him do this thing and let him ride his drama wave,” Ludwig said on Monday’s edition of The MMA Hour. “He’s just wrapped up in drama mode from being punked on the show from Conor so much. Conor really got in his head, so he’s trying to take it out on me and then it’s just overspilling. It’s just escalating. Just put the brakes on it, man. Nobody needs this right now.”

Just two weeks ago Faber had appeared on the MMA Hour where he accused Ludwig of both sexism and racism, among other things.

Then last week, Ludwig’s favorite pupil and Faber’s former training partner and roommate, T.J. Dillashaw, announced that he was leaving Team Alpha Male in order to train with Denver’s new Elevation Fight Team.

It has definitely been a rough couple of weeks for “The California Kid”, but could Conor McGregor really be blamed for Faber’s recent actions?
