‘Lil Heathen’ Calls Out ‘The Answer’ –– Stephens vs. Edgar?

Could a UFC featherweight fight between Jeremy Stephens and Frankie Edgar be on the horizon?

If ‘Lil Heathen’ had his way there would be. The hard hitting featherweight took to social media, as a lot of fighters do these days, and very respectfully issued a call out to top ranked 145er Frankie Edgar.

Edgar has been vocal recently saying that he wants a fight in December instead of waiting for his title shot, which he’s been waiting for for quite a long time.

Stephens is coming off of an impressive win over Dennis Bermudez at UFC 189, where he KO’d him with a flying knee/punches.

Edgar last fought Urijah Faber and won via unanimous decision. He’s on a four fight win streak over some of the best fighters in the division.
