There has been much speculation lately as to whether or not former UFC welterweight kingpin Georges St. Pierre will return to the UFC.

Earlier this week photos surfaced of ‘Rush’ training with famed boxing coach Freddie Roach, which added to the talk of a potential GSP comeback.

Two men who are likely very interested with a potential St. Pierre return to the Octagon are UFC welterweight champion Robbie Lawler and former UFC interim welterweight champion Carlos Condit, who are scheduled to fight at UFC 195 on January 2nd.

Lawler and Condit both spoke at a recent UFC media event which was transcribed by MMAFighting to discuss GSP’s potential return.

“Who knows?. Are there aliens out there? It’s one of those things where, if he comes back, he comes back. If he doesn’t, I don’t stay up late at night thinking about it.” – Robbie Lawler

“I’d like to avenge all my losses, of course. That’s always there.”

“He’s not around right now. The division is super exciting right now. There’s a lot of guys that are really hungry, really dangerous, and anybody can beat anyone on any given night, honestly.” – Carlos Condit
