After a public campaign for a fight, Joanne Calderwood has a date, and an opponent, for her UFC return.

UFC officials have announced that a strawweight scrap between Calderwood and Moroz has been set, for UFC Fight Night Krakow, on Saturday, April 11.

UFC Fight Night Krakow is set to feature the return of Mirko Cro Cop as he looks to avenge a loss against Gabriel Gonzaga. The fight card will air on UFC Fight Pass.

The undefeated Calderwood has been on a social media campaign for a fight for the better part of a month. She has now urged fight fans to stop harassing the UFC on her behalf.

Her opponent, Maryna Moroz also boasts an undefeated record, finishing all of her opponents in route to the UFC.

“For me, this is perfect timing,” Calderwood stated in a press release issued by the UFC. “After this fight, I 100 percent want to fight on the Glasgow card on July 18th. It would be a dream come true for me to fight in Glasgow for the UFC. The opportunity to step inside the Octagon in front of a home crowd would be something I’d never forget.”
