I AGREE! Tate Backs Rousey’s Mom, Doesn’t Like Ronda’s Coach

By BJPENN.COM News - October 15, 2015

Making headlines the past few days has been UFC bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey’s mom. That’s because she did a recent interview where she completely slammed Ronda’s coach Edmond Tarverdyan. She called him a bad person, a terrible coach and most recently said that if she could she would run him over with her car. So yeah, she isn’t his biggest fan.

The full story hasn’t come out, as far as what started this hate, but already she has another UFC fighter coming out and saying that she agrees with her.

Ronda’s rival Miesha Tate took to her Facebook and posted a link to the story about Rousey’s mom bashing Tarverdyan, with the caption, “Well I have been saying the same thing all along, gotta respect an honest opinion.”

There was an ongoing feud between Tate’s team and Edmond on the past season of The Ultimate Fighter, with pranks and big arguments and apparently some of that was pretty real and Tate really isn’t a big fan of Tarverdyan. Why do you think people are starting to hate on him, or rather, starting to publicly hate on him?

There’s no word from the UFC or Tate as to who she will be fighting next. Since being passed over by Holly Holm for the next title shot, Tate has expressed her dissatisfaction with promotion and how they handled the situation, even calling Dana White’s comments about her losing to Rousey a third time offensive.

Who do you guys think Tate should fight next? Amanda Nunes and Bethe Correia have both been names floating around out there, but nothing official has been set up. We thought at one point that it was for sure going to be Nunes, but Tate came out and said she hadn’t talked to anyone about that fight.

We’ll keep you posted on what’s next for ‘Cupcake.’
