Holly Holm: Getting knocked out was ‘life changing’ for me

There has been quite a bit of speculation as to how former UFC women’s bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey will respond to being knocked out by Holly Holm in their UFC 193 title fight.

Holm knows a thing or two about what it’s like to be knocked out from back in her boxing days.

She spoke to Good Day L.A.:

“I hate that I’ve been on the other end, but I’ll tell you it was a life-changing experience for me. I really learned a lot about myself and about other people.”

“You don’t be on top for that long [and not want the rematch]. I know for me, I thought if I don’t give myself an opportunity for this rematch it’s going to bother me the rest of my life.”

Do you think that Rousey will get an immediate rematch when she’s ready to step back into the Octagon?
