February 19, 2013 11:20 am by Bryan Levick

Join hosts Bryan Levick and Mitch Ciccarelli this Wednesday night beginning at 8pm. We will go over this past Saturday’s UFC on Fuel 7 card as well as preview this coming Saturday’s historic UFC 157 event featuring the first female fight in UFC history.

Joining us will be World Series of Fighting welterweight Josh Burkman who will face fellow UFC veteran, Aaron Simpson on March 23. Burkman is coming off a win over Gerald Harris on the inaugural WSOF card in November.

Duke Roufus will call in next and discuss what’s going on with RoufusSport as well as last week’s big news centering around Anthony Pettis and his decision to drop to featherweight to face Jose Aldo. Roufus trains many top fighters in MMA including Eric Koch and Pettis’ younger brother, Sergio.

Former Strikeforce Women’s Bantamweight Champion Sarah Kaufman will call us from New Mexico where she is training at Jackson’s MMA. Kaufman will face Leslie Smith at Invicta 5 on April 5. Kaufman was the last woman to face Ronda Rousey in Strikeforce and will discuss the Rousey vs. Carmouche UFC Women’s Bantamweight bout as well as the other female fighters the UFC has signed.

Invicta President and friend of the show, Shannon Knapp will discuss the recent signing of Cris “Cyborg” Santos as well as give us her opinion on the UFC 157 main event. Invicta 5 features two title bouts and will follow four extremely entertaining shows.

Invicta Strawweight Champion Carla Esparza will help us close the show out and discuss her title winning bout against Bec Hyatt at Invicta 4 this past January. Esparza is 9-2 in her career with victories over Felice Herring, Lacey Schuckman and Hyatt.
