The big news of the day was that Vitor Belfort is out of UFC 173 and Lyoto Machida is in. Machida will now fight Chris Weidman at UFC 173 on May 24, 2014, for the UFC middleweight title.

Thanks to Sportsbook, we have the opening betting lines for the title fight.

Chris Weidman- -225

Lyoto Machida- +180

Lyoto has enjoyed success after moving down to 185. He knocked out Mark Munoz and late last year and put on another great performance in his unanimous decision win over Gegard Mousasi earlier this month. Now he will look to take the belt from Weidman, who is undefeated and coming off of his second straight victory over Anderson Silva.

It’s hard to imagine this fight not being exciting, so who do you have winning?
