This week’s episode starts off with a recap of the previous week’s episode and the fight between Uriah and I. It then cuts right to me walking into the house, still in my hospital gown and looking for Uriah. I really just wanted to congratulate him, and let him know I was ok. I get a lot of people giving me real respect on how I came back, acting silly. But my mindset about the whole situation is; everyone can get knocked down, its how you bounce back.

Now on to Collin versus King. I think that Team Sonnen chose this fight, thinking Collin is just a dirty boxer with ok wrestling, but Team Jones realized early that he is one of the best grapplers in the house. What we knew about King is that he is a very high-level Jiu-Jitsu black belt, but didn’t really have any stand-up. We will get to the fight shortly, but first is the infamous rap battle…

Gilbert (Jamal) basically calls King out to a freestyle rap battle, and instantly is shut down by King’s verbal beating! Clint comes in to tries to save the day for Team Jones and he too is caught in the trap of back and forth verbal war with King, and he too chokes under the pressure. Now, what you viewers at home don’t see is that the battle went on for close to twenty minutes and was actually very entertaining. So good, that a producer went out of his way to come and say that it was the best thing he has filmed in the house!

On to fight stuff, first was the weigh-in and that was the reason this episode is called “Sign of disrespect”. Both men made weight and just before the pose, Collin decides to flip King off, and you can see that it pissed him off. I personally think it was just a way to play mind games. There really isn’t much to say about the fight, it wasn’t really a “barn burner”. Collin came out with a flying-kick thing, which King pushed away, but got taken down right away. That’s the first round, Collin grinding out on King and winning the round. Second round was the same grinding style, but somewhere along the line King got cut open again. It was a new cut, and I think when King saw the blood… the fight was over. Judges saw the fight Collin’s way and our team gained control back.

Our choice on next week’s episode pits Bubba McDaniel versus Kelvin Gastelum. Next, we will see if Bubba lives up to the hype!
