Dominick Cruz Video Talks Conor McGregor Movement: The future of the sport

December 14, 2015 4:45 pm by Joe JD David

Former bantamweight champion Dominic Cruz with Team Alliance talks about the future of the sport with movement and fluidity.  Having a fighting style like Conor McGregor is one thing, incorporating the level of training and success that he’s achieved in the octagon is another.

The year was 2007, the event was WEC 26 featuring Urijah Faber at Las Vegas NV.  Cruz lost the title shot that year and vowed to come back stronger.  Sometimes a loss helps spark an inner desire to win at all costs, in Cruz’s case it was.

Cruz hasn’t lost in 8 years since the defeat and rattled off 10 straight wins dating back to 2008.  “The Dominator” is set to square off between champion TJ Dillashaw next month for Fight Night 81.

With Cruz vs Dillashaw finally taking place in Boston MA, who do you see taking the belt home?
