Dana White: ‘If I knew the outcome of Aldo/McGregor, I’d be Vince McMahon!’

By BJPENN.COM News - September 20, 2015

Jose Aldo is set to return to the octagon in December to settle the score with Conor McGregor. The two were originally supposed to meet in July at UFC 189, but Aldo was forced out of the fight with a rib injury and was replaced by Chad Mendes on short notice.

McGregor finished Mendes in the second round with strikes to become the newly created UFC Interim Featherweight Champion. However in the eyes of McGregor, he is the “real” champion of the division due to Aldo pulling out of their fight. The two will finally meet in the octagon at UFC 194 on December 12 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Fans and fighters have already thrown in their two cents on how the fight will go down but when UFC President Dana White was asked how he thought it would go, he remained on the fence. “It’s going to be f*****g crazy in that arena. Just the energy and the buzz is going to be nuts. My prediction is… I don’t know what’s going to happen! If I knew what was going to happen, I’d be Vince McMahon. I don’t know what’s going to happen.”

While it isn’t much of a prediction, at least White made it entertaining. Who do you have winning the biggest fight of the winter? Share your pick and predictions in the comment section below!
