In exactly one month, the UFC and Spike TV will collaborate once again to bring UFC fans a pre-fight-hype television special to promote a promising fight card.
Countdown to UFC 139: Shogun vs. Hendo is set to debut on Monday, Nov. 14 at 11 p.m. ET/PT.
UFC 139 is set to take place on November 19th at the HP Pavilion in San Jose, California. With the original heavyweight title fight headliner between champ Cain Velasquez and Junior Santos moving from UFC 139 to UFC on FOX 1 the organization has decided to go with a non-title affair between Dan Henderson and “Shogun” Rua as the evenings featured attraction.
If you miss the first run of the show, replays are set to air on Spike on Nov. 16 at 3 p.m. ET/PT and Nov. 19 at 6 p.m. ET/PT. As usual the Versus network will also pick up a broadcast spot during the same week, however details as far as dates and times have not yet been released
The UFC 139 Countdown show will feature headliners Shogun Rua and Dan Henderson as they prepare for their non-title affair set to hit San Jose on November 19. Expected to be highlighted in addition to the headliners are Cung Le, Wanderlei Silva, Brian Bowles and Urijah Faber.
