The UFC have extended the contracts of both Luiz Cane and Tom Lawlor.
Cane is currently (4-4) in the UFC and (1-3) in his last four bouts however Cane comes to fight in the octagon and has been rewarded with a new contract. He revealed via his Twitter account that he received a four fight contract extension with the promotion.
“I just signed a 4 fight contract extension with the UFC,” wrote Cane. “Thank you God for one more blessing in my life!”
UFC Middleweight Tom Lawlor also secured a four fight contract of his own, Lawlor is (4-3) in the UFC and (2-2) in his last four. In his last bout he stopped Jason MacDonald in the first round at UFC on Fuel TV: Korean Zombie vs. Poirier on May 15th.
