BJPENN.COM’s Official MMA Rankings: 5 Shifts Made To Top 10 Following Action Packed Week Of Fights

This past week fight fans saw two great fight cards: Fight for the Troops 3, and UFC Fight Night 32.

Several of the fights stirred up divisions, most notably Vitor Belfort making another big statement as to why he deserves a middleweight title shot with his knockout win over Dan Henderson.

The following changes were made to our BJPENN.com rankings

Vitor Belfort retained his spot at #3 on the middleweight ladder after defeating Dan Henderson via knockout.
Dan Henderson dropped from 7th on the middleweight ladder below #10 after his loss to Vitor Belfort.
Tim Kennedy cracked the top 10 ladder and landed at #8 after knocking out Rafael Natal.
Alexis Davis moved up from #6 and cracked the top 5. Her win over Liz Carmouche and landed her a spot at #5 on the womens bantamweight ladder.
Liz Carmouche dropped from #5 to #6 after losing to Alexis Davis.
