By bjpenndotcom - June 13, 2013

FIST-ta-CUFF Radio is back after taking a break to grab some interviews at Metamoris and we had to bring you a special show after being gone a week. RFA 8 is going down June 21st at the historic The Rave / Eagles Club in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and will be televised live and nationwide on AXS TV starting at 10 p.m. ET / 7 p.m. PT, but before that happens 3 of the biggest names are stopping by.

Our first guest is making a nice name for himself starting off his career 5-0 with 4 submissions, did I mention that he also is the owner of the best walkout in MMA History. Keoni Koch is dropping by the shop for his first visit. Keoni is set to make his RFA debut against another undefeated fighter in Pedro Munhoz. We will talk to Keoni about getting started in Martial Arts and MMA, his ultimate goal inside of the sport, being a huge part in his brother getting into the sport, and much more. Trust me if Keoni is anything like his dad or brother, I couldn’t think of a better way to kick off the show. Follow Keoni on twitter @HardDriveMMA

Listen Anton and Denny are tired of being blamed for things, so stop blaming them and Blame Biggie. Mike “Biggie” Rhodes is back in the shop and it’s all his fault. Mike is fighting at RFA 8, taking on Benjamin Smith. Biggie is coming off the first loss of his career and looking to introduce Benjamin Smith to the feeling. We will talk to Biggie about being a superstar in Japan, how life is going training with the Rofus squad, his last fight and the momentum he has coming back to the cage and much more. Biggie is one of the fighters you want to keep an eye on, as you never know when this prospect will be getting the call to head to the big show. Follow Biggie on Twitter @TeamRocBiggie

The second hour of the show we are back with the “young Phenom,” Sergio Pettis. Sergio is the main event at RFA 8 and he is looking to become the champ by the end of the fight. Sergio was set to take on Jeff Curran, but personal reasons have caused Curran to withdraw from the fight. Pettis is now set to take on Dillard Pegg, Pegg is known for his stand up fighting style and this new match-up should be fireworks for all the fans. We will talk to Sergio about the title fight, the switch in opponents, and being on the brink of a phone call from the big show. Sergio is one of the top 125 lb. fighters not currently signed to the UFC, so before he gets the call get over and follow him on Twitter @sergiopettis

Our last guest is a man who brings you a new episode of his show each week, Tommy Toe Hold is in the building which means we have a lot of MMA to talk. Tommy is coming on the show to talk his Youtube Channel, where you can get some of his fresh gear showing your support for his show, and his thoughts on the most recent news to break in the sport of MMA.
