ONE Championship’s Ben Askren and Luis Santos will meet each other in the cage once again. Their first fight ended in a No Contest.

Now, they’ll run things back and give it another shot when they face off at ‘ONE Championship 34: Pride of Lions’ which goes down on November 13 in Singapore. The welterweight title fight will serve as the event’s headliner. The fight was confirmed by officials, via the Las Vegas Review Journal.

The first time around was an interesting fight, with Santos managing to defend all of Askren’s takedowns, but unfortunately he was then accidentally poked in the eye by Askren, which led to a premature stoppage to the fight and resulted in a No Contest.

A lot of people called for the immediate rematch because of what they saw in the cage. Santos was doing well and defending Askren’s takedowns, which is no easy task. Now we’ll get to see if Santos really does have what it takes to dethrone the champ.

We’ll keep you updated on any further fight announcements.
