Last night at “UFC Fight Night Stockholm”, Makwan Amirkhani stopped Team Alpha Male fighter Andy Ogle in just 8 seconds after landing a flying knee followed by a brutal uppercut giving the young fighter a win in his UFC debut.

Following the stoppage, Amirkhani was joined by UFC commentator Joe Rogan in the cage for the post-fight Octagon interview. Rogan, who thought the stoppage was early, continually asked Amirkhani if he thought the referee should have stopped the bout so early.

Amirkhani spoke about the interview at the post-fight press conference.

“It didn’t bother me, but I thought [Rogan] was a drunk, because Andy Ogle went for double leg with the referee and the referee tapped, so what should I say? [The] referee made his decision and you ask me, I said he was out.”

When asked if he would be willing to give Ogle a rematch, he responded:

“C’mon man. Eight seconds. Do you want less than that?”
