Both the lead-up and the fall-out of UFC 202 had intensity and drama that tends to occur when Conor McGregor is on the card.
During Fight Week in the build-up to McGregor’s rematch against Nate Diaz, there was no shortage of said drama and intensity, all of which was caught on camera in a recently released video.
The footage, which was exclusively released by McGregor’s own website theMacLife.com, shows new angles of the infamous water bottle war between Conor and Diaz’s camps at a pre-fight presser, as well as a bunch of other never-before seen clips of ‘the Notorious’ in the days leading up to his epic rematch with Diaz.
The video captures Mcgregor pacing about while watching his teammate Artem Lobov weigh-in with Diaz’s teammate Chris Avila, the tension of which is palpable just by watching the featherweight champion glares at the big screen television as his teammate faces 0ff with Diaz’s friend and training partner.
McGregor’s own weigh-in and face off against Diaz is captured on the unseen footage as well, complete with uncensored banter between the two camps.
The footage also shows McGregor embracing and shaking hands with his fans while riding shirtless in a stretch-limousine, in typical McGregor fashion.
