While injuries like this don’t happen very often in MMA, when they do, the result is absolutely horrific.
In Judo class, one of the first lessons you will learn is to never plant your hand while being thrown. The result is often extremely bad, as seen in this video above.
We would like to wish a speedy recovery to the fighter who injured his arm in this fight!
