After winning the UFC lightweight title from Eddie Alvarez in the main event of November’s UFC 205, Conor McGregor announced his intention to take a break from the hectic world of combat sports. While he hasn’t stepped foot in the Octagon since then, his “break” has served more as an opportunity to dedicate 100% of his focus to a potential boxing match with undefeated great Floyd Mayweather.

For a time, of course, this boxing mega fight looked almost impossible. Lately, however, we’ve been given more and more reasons to believe it’s possible. McGregor has suggested it’s all he’s interested in. Mayweather has officially ended his retirement with the sole intention of making this fight happen. UFC President Dana White has done a total 180 on the notion, back-tracking from his previous claims that it will never happen to suggest that it is a very real possibility. McGregor has cleared up his issues with the Nevada State Athletic Commission, which should, in theory, make it much easier for him to acquire a boxing license in the combat sports epicenter. The list goes on and on.

As this fight, which would undeniably be the biggest fight in combat sports history, becomes more and more likely, the excitement for it continues to grow. This ever-growing excitement has influenced fans to do their part to add to the hype by creating their own promos for it.

One of the latest of these awesome Floyd Mayweather – Conor McGregor promos comes from Muscle Madness. Watch this incredible promo in full at the top of this video – just be prepared for goosebumps!

McGregor will enter this boxing match with a 0-0 record as a pro boxer, but a strong 21-3 mark as a pro mixed martial artist. MayWeather’s pro boxing record, meanwhile, stands at an incredible 49-0. Do you think Floyd Mayweather will make it 50-0 against Conor McGregor, or will the Irish star spring the upset?

Sound off, PENN Nation!
