During last night’s UFC 210 post-fight press conference in Buffalo, New York UFC President Dana White discussed the proposed super-fight between UFC star Conor McGregor and undefeated boxing legend Floyd Mayweather.

“You know he (Conor McGregor) is having a baby any day now. After Conor has his baby then Conor and I are going to meet in New York.”

Floyd Mayweather Conor Mcgregor

White was asked if the fight between Conor McGregor and Flyod Mayweather is close to being a done deal.

“No. We are not close. We are not close. I think there is a better chance of it happening then there is me quarterbacking. I see this fight happening. Umm, I see this fight happening. Conor wants it and Floyd wants it. You know I have said many times, Conor is, Conor has done a lot, he has stepped up for big fights for this company and for me and for Lorenzo. So I can’t deny him this fight.”

He continued:

“What I would like to clarify is all the bullshit about the 80 fucking 20 split. Jeff Mayweather? Come on Jeff. Me and Jeff go way back. Are you the spokesmen now for Team Mayweather? And Bob Arum.. You piece of shit. Fuck you too! What do they know about this fight? You want to know what they know about this fight, nothing! Okay. Believe me. We have had preliminary talks with Conor. I am in a good place with Conor, we are going to meet in New York when he has his baby.”

“The longer it takes for us (the UFC and Conor) to come to an agreement, I think the longer it is going to take to negotiate with the Mayweather team.”

When do you think we will see the Conor McGregor vs. Floyd Mayweather fight will take place? Sound off PENN Nation!
