Exactly 4 weeks ago, former UFC middleweight champion Anderson Silva underwent surgery to have his gallbladder removed after he was pulled from his UFC 198 scrap against Uriah Hall in Curitiba, Brazil.

Silva set his sights on a triumphant return to the Octagon at UFC 200 on July 9th. Just 8 days ago Silva was cleared to resume training again, and he has wasted no time in looking to get back into shape.
