The UFC 202 press conference was undoubtably a controversial one.

After Conor McGregor arrived nearly 30 minutes late, Nate Diaz promptly proceeded to leave the stage and walk out of the press conference. As he was doing so, he and his team began insulting McGregor, which resulted in both sides throwing objects at each other from across the room.

After the situation was broken up by UFC officials as well as a security team, Nate Diaz’s boxing coach, Richard Perez, caught up with Submission Radio for an interview regarding the situation, as well as the fight Saturday night.
