By Chris Taylor - April 27, 2016

This past weekend, Jon Jones earned the UFC’s interim light heavyweight title by defeating Ovince Saint Preux via unanimous decision in the main event of UFC 197.

Earlier today, UFC president Dana White announced that July’s blockbuster UFC 200 event would be headlined by a light heavyweight title fight rematch between current champ Daniel Cormier and the aforementioned interim title holder Jon Jones.

Jones, who defeated Cormier via unanimous decision at UFC 182 in early-2015, discussed his future plans during today’s UFC 200 press conference. Here is what “Bones” had to say:

“Yea I would love to beat up on ‘DC’ and then face Anthony Johnson at Madison Square Garden.”

Do you think Jones will defeat Cormier a second time at UFC 200 this July? If “Bones” is victorious, would you like  to see him fight “Rumble” Johnson next? Sound off PENN Nation!
